Mammotion's own KB2 lists a LUBA 2 release dated 13 September 2024 (
V1.11.511.575) — ten days before this report. It's the only official release close enough in time to be a plausible match, but the source thread never names it, so this is a candidate based on timing alone, not a confirmed link.
What happened
LUBA 2 started mowing erratically after a firmware update (unknown version) around 23 September 20241. It had reliably kept a safe distance from flower bed borders before the update; afterward it drove straight into them instead, with no configuration changes made. Manual removal from the landscaping was needed each time.
Why this is worth documenting even without a version number
This is close to the exact "update wrecked my lawn" pattern this site tracks — a dated report of a firmware update degrading boundary-avoidance behavior with no user-side changes.
