What's been reported
The mowing blade starts and then stops again after a short time, requiring the switch to be manually re-confirmed before the mower will restart1. This was reported across both the 3 July 2026 (2.3.27.20) and 19 July 2026 (2.3.27.23) updates, with an open support case with Mammotion at the time of posting.
Rollback procedure
Follow the general Android rollback guide, targeting 2.3.25.19 (17 June 2026) — the release immediately prior to 2.3.27.20, per Mammotion's own KB2.
No confirmed manual downgrade path exists for the mower's own body firmware (see the Android guide) — treat this version number as the target to look for via whatever path exists, not a confirmed working procedure in itself.
